Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your 

Culley + Co. accepts returns and exchanges on U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused and in original condition. We’re unable to accept items that show signs of wear.

Returns

We provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We provide a return label at no cost to you. Once your item is received, we’ll send out your exchange.

Sending It Back

Once your return label is issued, we ask that it’s mailed back within 10 days. If it’s not sent within that window, the label may expire and the return or exchange request will be canceled.

Final Sale

All customized or monogrammed items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders

We do not offer exchanges on international orders. Returns are accepted, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
